This winter join us for a poignant comedy by one of the masters of creative playwriting, Alan Ayckbourn.
The play revolves abound a cheery traffic warden who’s been drawn into an increasingly ludicrous anti-terrorist operation and the taciturn soldier whose mission is to babysit him.
Barry (Nick Fagan) and Ez (Emily Currie) are waiting to identify a suspected extremist as he steps off a train at a London station. They are told to blend in as part of the clandestine action and indulge in small talk. It’s frosty and judgemental at first.
But as they get to know each other, they also reveal who they have become via a map made from memories recreated by an ensemble cast.
Will Barry and Ez arrive at any common ground before they depart?
